The Chateau Beaver Creek had an array of marketing needs. As an exclusive hotel known for the royalty that had stayed there, they were looking to update their identity and become more accessible. In addition, their renowned restaurant, Splendido, an elite American Contemporary fine dining restaurant, had a new owner, and they sought to re-establish and redefine its existing brand to both the Vail Valley and the greater North American Market. A well-designed, web interface that represented the emergence of a rising top chef was key to this effort.

A complete agile marketing plan addressing digital and print needs was created, including brand refinement, rack cards, owner services kits, e-newsletter templates, menus, a new restaurant website that included online reservation functionality.
