Central City Opera, the nation’s fifth oldest opera company, had long been looking to expand their audience base. They needed a new site to reflect this, but also wanted to improve their current site’s backend, which didn’t allow the flexibility their unique company employment structure and multiple responsibilities each employee required.

To engage their Education, Training, Fundraising, Historic Preservation and Training Departments to understand their departments individual needs to ensure that the web systems would meet them.
result
The developed CMS (content management system) connects events, calendar items, and showtimes site-wide, across all modules, removing the previous need to add items 4 or 5 times. This integration saves their content managers and site contributors hours of unnecessary, unpaid effort.
