Us

Twenty years. One partnership. Still here.

SolarJet Pro is a minority-owned digital transformation agency, founded in 2006 and operating from New York, Colorado, and Ukraine. We build commerce platforms, product information systems, and custom software, and we stay on them after launch. Our longest client relationship is twelve years with Gellert Global Group, one of the largest private food importers in North America.

Our history

Continuity is the whole argument

Sean Jeremy Palmer founded SolarJet Pro in 2006. Alexander Podosenov joined a year later as an intern and never left; his technical leadership has been behind everything the company has built since. Twenty years on, the same two people still run it.

That continuity extends to the team and to the client list. Our developers and designers have stayed with us through years of challenge, including the kind that has nothing to do with technology. Several client relationships are past their tenth year. In an industry where agencies churn staff and hand projects off, the person who scoped your work is usually still the person doing it.

Over that time we have built brand identities, launched more than a hundred websites, developed dozens of e-commerce storefronts, and managed trade events at Javits in New York, Moscone in San Francisco, Palais des Congrès in Montreal, and Anuga in Cologne.

Strategic partnership

A specialized team, for less than the cost of building one

For two decades we have worked as an outside team that behaves like an inside one. You get design, engineering, integration, and project management without hiring, training, or carrying any of it. In margin-sensitive industries like foodservice, where every investment has to show a return, that model is why clients have stayed with us for ten years and more. It also means budget predictability when conditions tighten.

No handoff

Upgrades, patching, and new capability come from the team that built it.

Accessibility as spec

WCAG treated as a build requirement, not a remediation project later.

Mobile first, still

Buyers order from a phone on a warehouse floor. We design for that case.

Integration first

Most of the engineering goes where your systems meet, because that is where projects fail.

What we build

Digital infrastructure, not just a website

Modern operations need systems that drive growth, streamline the work, and hold up under load. Our work spans custom software development, product information management, enterprise web, and e-commerce platforms built for complex distribution.

Commerce platforms

Contract pricing, case and unit ordering, and ERP order flow, working properly on every device.

Product information systems

One governed record per product, syndicated to every site, sell sheet, and portal that asks.

Applied AI

Intelligent product search, recommendations, and automated data processing, so a rep in the field can find anything in a large catalog.

Progressive web apps

Fast, offline-capable applications that behave like native apps without the app store.

Sectors overlap by design. A national distributor is also an e-commerce build; a specialty market is also a brand identity. See the full case studies.
